2010 Season

We expanded to a three production mainstage season at the Carousel House and the season ran from July through November.

Continuing our tribute to Rock and Roll music and its tie to Asbury Park, ReVision produced a mainstage season that covered the gamut of Rock and Roll music history. We kicked off the summer with our production of The Who’s Tommy. Based on their 1969 Rock Opera, this musical garnered a 1993 Tony Award nomination for Best Musical.

We produced our second new musical, The Bikinis, a baby boomer favorite, by the team of Ray Roderick and Jim Hindman featuring hits from the past such as “It’s in His Kiss” and “Yellow Polka Dot Bikini”.

The season ran through the beginning of November with our production of cult favorite, The Rocky Horror Show. Based on the 1975 movie starring Susan Sarandon, Tim Curry and Barry Bostwick, this sci-fi camp favorite had audiences joining in the fun at all performances.

Our most successful season to date, all three productions played to sold-out houses.
